The technology and information provider MVB makes books visible. Editorial and promotional formats as well as personal exchanges at networking events provide orientation in the various book markets. In close exchange with customers and market participants from all areas of the book industry, the teams at the locations in Frankfurt am Main, London, Mexico City, New York and São Paulo are continuously working on innovative infrastructure solutions for the book trade of the future.

Ronald Schild

Ronald Schild (52) has been managing director of the technology and information provider MVB in Frankfurt am Main since 2006 and is responsible for the business of the subsidiaries MVB US in New York, MVB Brasil in São Paulo, MVB América Latina in Mexico City and MVB Books UK in London. He is also a member of the management board of Börsenverein des Deutschen Buchhandels Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH (BBG), which manages the corporate development of the Börsenverein Group. After studying business administration in Germany, France and the UK, Ronald Schild worked for ten years in various companies in the IT and media industries before becoming managing director of MVB and BBG. He is also acting Chairman of the industry organization Editeur and Vice-Chairman of the international ISBN agency.
